Delete your Kitchlaxy account

In the app (fastest)

Open Kitchlaxy and go to Settings.
Tap your profile (Profile and account).
Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
Enter your password and tap Delete forever.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@kitchlaxy.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Kitchlaxy account". We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your account: name, email address and password.
Your profile photo, the recipes you wrote, your favourites, followed channels and skipped meals.
Your logins on every phone, your notification tokens, your feedback messages and your AI usage records.
If you own a household and no one else is in it: the whole household, with its pantry, plan, shopping list and other shared data.

What is kept

If you own a household that others share, it passes to the member who joined first. Its shared pantry, plan and lists stay for them, no longer linked to you.
If you're a member of someone else's household, you leave it. What you added to its shared lists stays for the others, no longer linked to you.
Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
